How to change license domain?

License terms doesn't allow domain change, please do not ask for this.
You need to purchase one more Lightning license in this case. Also there are no any discounts for consecutive purchases.

Sure, that sucks - but it is the rules. In general, 70% of new online shops "die" in year or two. If license domain change is allowed, that will create large second-hands licenses market, with enormous amount of support required. This will lead to much higher regular license price.
