Unable to login into admin area, it stopped working (crashed)

This may happen is something went wrong with Modifications.

To get temporarily access to admin, delete system/storage/modification folder subfolders. Take a note, if you moved storage folder as Opencart 3 asks, you need to go actual location written at root config.php DIR_STORAGE line.

Warning! Do not delete the whole storage or modification folders, only subfolders of modification folder! 

So, this happened after Lightning Install Lightning Upgrade Other extension install Other
