Why add to cart and user login operations are so slow?

After the Lightning cache is cleared, the first add to cart and user login operations triggers Lightning page differences calculation. This calculation takes some time - usually several seconds.

After that everything works fast, only first add to cart or user login after Clear Cache is slow.
