These Policies govern the licensing, terms of use, and privacy practices for the Opencart Lightning software provided by Maksymets Serhii. By purchasing, downloading, or using Lightning, you agree to be bound by these policies.
1. Terms & Conditions
General Provisions The Lightning software is provided by Maksymets Serhii. All references to "we", "us", or "our" refer to Maksymets Serhii. The business has been operating since July 1, 2012.
License
Lightning license is sold per domain and is a one-time-and-forever fee.
A single license allows the use of Lightning on all subdomains and multistore domains associated with that specific domain, and includes all future updates.
There are no discounts for the license price, please do not ask for them. However, we offer wholesale purchase of 5 Licenses Pack and 25 Licenses Pack.
Important: License domain change is not allowed. For another domain, you need to purchase another license.
Free Trial
Lightning includes 7 trial days right after installation without the need to do any activations.
After that, you will need to purchase a license in order to continue using Lightning.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day free trial period to help you ensure that Lightning works properly and fits your needs before making a purchase.
In addition, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase.
By downloading or using the license, you acknowledge that you are aware that you have 30 days to apply for a refund after the order completion date.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. Privacy Policy
Information Collected by Paddle.com Our order process is handled by Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our orders. Paddle will collect personal data during the checkout process (such as your name, email, billing address, and payment method details) to fulfill your transaction. Please refer to Paddle’s privacy policy on their website for details on how they process your data.
Information We Collect We may collect and store your email address and your website's domain name solely for the purpose of generating, managing, and verifying your software license. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card or payment billing information.
Use of Information We use the information we collect to:
Generate, deliver, and manage your Lightning license key.
Provide customer support and future product updates.
Data Retention We retain your license data (email and domain) for as long as your license is active to provide you with the services you purchased. You may request the deletion of this information, but please note that this will terminate your access to updates and support.
